Built environment bursaries fund architecture, quantity surveying, construction management, property studies, town planning and civil engineering. Contractors, property associations, SETAs and government departments are the main funders.
Several of these programmes include site exposure or vacation work, and some focus on growing the number of Black professionals and women in construction.
